Understanding,we need!

Today I am not very happy.really ! I hurt my friend, maybe ,deeply.Yes, I have my bad aspacts, Today ,even I know she just wants to help me .What I do just hurts her .Why ?Sometimes, Even I dislike my bad temper,even I can't stand it . I dont know what should I do .I don't know !I just want to say "Sorry" to her !She treats me better than others ,All of she did for me , I know ,really ! I should imporve my temper .I promise I can !I will think others than me when I want to do something !I bet I can do !!!!
